Nikki Cabus is the CEO of South Florida Tech Hub, where she strives to continue Building South Florida's Tech Hub by connecting the community with the right resources in order to bring growth to the region which spotlights South Florida as a place of sustainable economic and business development. This includes closing the cultural and gender gap to include people from all walks of life to create an ecosystem full of innovative solutions and a real digital transformation for all in the community. She is a born and raised Floridian, mother of two, and the ultimate soccer mom.

Addy is the student founder of ekkolápto , a complex systems research institute growing open-source science through their renowned Polymath Research Hackathons. ekkolápto recently held the first Unconventional Computing, Longevity, and Cognitive Research Hackathon at MIT Media Lab featuring speakers like Stephen Wolfram, David Sinclair, Manolis Kellis, Vadim Gladyshev, Nick Norwitz, Joscha Bach, Kennedy Schaal, Michael Lustgarten, Gil Blander, and Curt Jaimungal.
