Happy Black History Month

February is Black History Month, a national recognition and celebration of African American history and achievements. The theme for 2025 is “African Americans and Labor,” paying tribute to the profound impact of the work of Black Americans that has shaped our nation’s history.

In honor of Black History Month, Florida Atlantic’s Black Student Union will host a series of activities and events throughout February. Programs include a BBQ, craft night, language workshop, pageant and more. All events are open to students, faculty, staff and the public.
